NEW NOTARY APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
TAKE EFFECT FEBRUARY 17, 2009
The Secretary of State has issued a new Notary Public Application which is required for all applicants effective immediately. The new application requires all applicants, both new and renewal, to submit a clear copy of their driver's license or State identification card with the application. Make sure you have a copy of the new application.
